• LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) is a generally colorless, translucent, flexible, odorless, and tasteless plastic. One of its superior characteristics is its easy thermal bonding, which allows it to be easily adhered at around 120°C.
  • It is widely used as an intermediate layer in coatings to bond two layers that do not adhere to each other thermally, allowing the bonding of two layers that cannot be directly fused together.
  • It also possesses positive characteristics such as transparency, resistance to tearing, low water vapor permeability, and the ability to maintain flexibility at low temperatures.
