Your personal data are processed by our Company solely for the purposes of establishing communication within the scope of our Company's activities, carrying out communication activities, providing quotations, receiving and following up requests, complaints and suggestions.

If you complete the contact form under the "CONTACT" section of our website, your Identity Information (Name, Surname), Contact Information (E-mail Address, Telephone Number), Transaction Security Information (Website login and logout records, cookie information, IP address information), message information, company information (where voluntarily provided), and your personal data contained in the message content or in the files you upload are processed, stored and retained.

4.TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED:

5.METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS:

Your personal data are processed automatically in electronic environment through our Company's website based on the legal ground set forth in Article 5/2(f) of the Law, namely "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Data Subject."

6.RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT (RIGHT OF APPLICATION):

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which regulates the rights of the data subject, you may exercise your rights in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK titled "Application to the Data Controller" and the provisions of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller by completing the Data Subject Application Form available on our website and submitting it to Montes Foreign Trade Limited Company ("Data Controller/Montes"), at Halkalı Merkez Mah. Dereboyu Cad. Antplato No:4/157-158 Küçükçekmece / Istanbul, in person together with documents verifying your identity, by sending an e-mail from your registered electronic mail address in our systems to info@montestrading.com, by sending a Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) to montes@hs06.kep.tr, or through a Notary Public.
